Farmers Market Butternut Squash Soup
Ingredients:

¼ C Unsalted Butter
1 ea Yellow Onion Lrg., chopped
2 ea Celery Stalks, chopped
2 ea Carrot Med., chopped
2 ea Thyme Springs, strip leaves
4 ea Potatoes Med., cubed
2 ea Butternut Squash Med., peeled, seeded, cubed
¼ c Heavy Cream
2 cans Chicken Stock 32 oz can

Farmers Market Pumpkin Bowls
Ingredients:

4 ea Baking Pumpkins Small (hooligan or sugar pie)
2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Kosher Salt
